Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year (Additional compensation flexibility may be available for a highly qualified candidate)

Position Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Location: Remote (Corporate office located in Nashville, TN; position is primarily remote with company-reimbursed travel)

Position Summary

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to drive operational performance, P&L improvement, same-store sales growth, and successful acquisition integration across multiple locations.

This is a senior leadership role with significant travel. While the corporate office is located in Nashville, the position is primarily remote with company-reimbursed travel.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive P&L improvement, profitability, and operational performance.

· Support same-store sales and organic growth initiatives.

· Lead operational integration of newly acquired companies.

· Improve productivity, scheduling, inventory, fleet utilization, and operational workflows.

· Develop and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.

· Partner with branch leadership to identify and implement performance improvements.

· Lead process improvement and operational standardization across multiple locations.

· Coach and support branch and operational leadership teams.

Qualifications

· 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.

· Strong multi-site leadership background.

· Proven experience improving P&L and overall business performance.

· Experience with acquisition and post-acquisition integration.

· Background in industrial services, specialty contracting, construction, mechanical services, life safety, or a related industry.

· Strong financial, analytical, leadership, and change-management skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

· Ability and willingness to travel regularly.
