An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Acquisition Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Chicago.


You'll advise private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, working closely with partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financings.


Requirements


• 2 years' PQE gained at a leading US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, syndicated lending or other complex financing transactions.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
