Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Diagnostic Evaluations (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Department: Clinical
Reports to: Clinical Psychologist
FLSA Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: $75 to $135/hour.

As an Approved Autism Evaluation Center (AAEC), we've reduced barriers to getting individuals into evaluation. We are committed to setting the standard in autism care with individualized, data-driven treatment and compassionate service.

About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes administering assessments, integrating results, and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and feedback to families.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews, direct/indirect assessments (including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar tools).
  • Score, interpret, and write comprehensive diagnostic reports.
  • Deliver findings and recommendations to families and referral sources.
  • Submit completed reports and invoices within 48 hours of patient contact.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in all evaluations.

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Advanced degree in Psychology
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Limited Licensed Psychologist in Michigan
  • Proficiency in autism diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R)

Preferred:
  • 1-3+ years of experience conducting ASD diagnostic evaluations
  • Experience with hybrid/telehealth models

  • Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
