What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions

  • Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress

  • Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

  • Ability to pass required background checks
