Job Summary As a Clinical Office Manager in the Health Care Services industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinical office. Your main objective will be to oversee the daily activities and provide leadership to the office staff, ensuring that all administrative and operational tasks are carried out effectively. You will be responsible for managing the office budget, coordinating patient appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and improve office processes. Your contribution will directly impact the quality of care provided to our patients and the overall success of our clinical office.
Position Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical office, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the office staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care, streamline processes, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the office budget, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a healthcare administrative role, with a focus on clinical operations.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and office management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
