Support ACI deployment as follows

1. ACI Optimization

2. Scripting Support

3. Change Management for new applications onboarding

4. SW recommendation

5. Escalation Support during issue, customer management, liaison with Cisco Tac and BU

6. Proactive and reactive support

7. Primarily offsite, with regular onsite visits (esp during change management, critical issues)

Ongoing support to customer to optimize the ACI design/ respond to design queries

ACI Hardware and SW Strategy

ACI Config / best practice Audit

ACI Application Policy Optimization

EPG Analysis

Policy Analysis
