This role will be entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Sparks, Nevada, or any location within the state. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through video consultations, gathering patient histories and assessing their current mental state.

• Develop personalized behavioral health treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress, maintain sensitive medical information, and ensure continuity of care.

• Provide therapeutic support that aligns with industry best practices, ensuring patients receive high-quality interventions that promote recovery and well-being.

• Engage with patients regularly to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

• Stay informed of advancements in mental health practices through ongoing education and training opportunities provided by the organization.

Our counseling services cater to a broad spectrum of patients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, employing cultural competency to provide compassionate care specifically tailored to meet their unique needs. • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of a valid and current license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Nevada.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

• Proficient in using electronic clinical systems and EHR for documentation and patient management.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus, enhancing service accessibility to our diverse clientele.

• A commitment to continuous professional development, staying abreast of psychosocial interventions and best practices in mental health care.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health counseling role, with demonstrable skills in teletherapy environments.
