• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, leveraging tools and methodologies such as standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews to inform your treatment planning.
• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to meet clients' unique needs, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting specific therapeutic goals and objectives to track progress and efficacy of interventions.
• Facilitate engaging teletherapy sessions, employing the latest technology and approaches to ensure a smooth and accessible experience for clients.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to promote a culture of continual learning, sharing insights, and discussing best practices.

Your work at OptiMindHealth will involve serving a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude that encourages clients to engage fully in their therapeutic process.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to efficiently balance a caseload and administrative duties.

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is a strong plus, showcasing familiarity with virtual communication tools and digital therapeutic methods.
• Proven track record of effective interventions leading to positive client outcomes, with the ability to cite specific cases or methodologies utilized.
• Interest in ongoing professional development, commitment to attending workshops and trainings to augment therapeutic skills.
