The Learning Management Systems Analyst and Administrator will support the implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS Analyst is responsible for operational and technical leadership needed to maintain the functional capabilities of the application. The LMS analyst works with the LMS lead/manager to apply expertise and knowledge of LMS platforms to ensure all aspects of its functionality is maintained.

Provides technical support and serves as the primary contact for business administrators and trainers.

Ensures all eLearning programs support and integrate SCORM, AICC and all future standards.

Analyzes all learning formats to insure the best practices are being utilized in ILT, vILT, and eLearning.

Provides consultation to support and guide LMS business teams with administration roles on best practices for aligning training to end-users.

Develops implementation strategy and plans for all new administrators and business teams to ensure compliance with learning governance and all LMS policies and procedures.

Develops and documents all relevant documentation that supports the LMS functionality and capabilities, and keeps all documentation up-to-date.

Evaluates the impact of LMS vendor enhancements and releases to determine the impacts on end-users and administrators.

Analyzes and reports LMS usage to communicate return on investment and expectation to supports the value statement.

Ensures high-level user satisfaction by addressing or resolving concerns and issues to meet service level agreements.

Serves as the primary contact between the LMS technical support team and ACFC IS team to ensure the platform experiences minimal technical outage.

Works in collaboration with ACFC IS teams to troubleshoots, communicates and resolves technical issues.

Trains all new and existing administrators to ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.
