Our vision is to create engaging and unique experiences that bring our mission to life while building a sustainable, high-growth business. We lead with passion, innovation, and a commitment to doing things differently.

  • Lead community engagement efforts, responding to audience comments and messages to foster connection and inclusivity.
  • Use analytics to monitor performance, identify wins, and optimize future content strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with community, creative, and revenue teams to support initiatives and highlight talent and community stories.
  • Attendance for all home games.
  • Travel as needed to attend events and games.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing social media across multiple platforms within the sports industry or a creative, scrappy, startup entertainment brand environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including travel during the soccer season.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong online portfolio that includes examples of work.
  • Experience with social media analytics and leveraging data to inform strategy.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in creating and managing short-form video content that aligns with emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, and Slack.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to align creative ideas with a collaborative, brand-focused strategy.
  • A passion for staying connected to trends, while navigating sensitive topics effectively.

ACFC Perks & Benefits:
  • Fully funded comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401K plan.
  • Flexible PTO policy.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Cell phone reimbursement.
  • Snacks and beverages.
  • Dog-friendly HQ in Santa Monica.
  • Complimentary tickets to home games.

Compensation:
In addition to the benefits above, this role's pay range is between $75,000 to $80,000.
