Position Summary

AGSE Tooling is seeking an International Fulfillment and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our global logistics, fulfillment, and transportation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of components, materials, and finished goods throughout our international supply chain.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in international transportation, customs compliance, freight management, and import/export operations. This individual will work closely with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to support business growth while driving logistics performance, cost savings, and supply chain resilience.

Key Responsibilities

International Logistics & Transportation Management

  • Manage inbound and outbound international logistics operations across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and other global regions
  • Coordinate air, ocean, ground, and intermodal transportation activities
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and customers
  • Monitor transportation performance and resolve shipment delays, customs holds, and delivery issues
  • Develop logistics strategies that improve delivery performance while reducing transportation costs

Trade Compliance & Customs Operations

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, import/export laws, HTS classifications, and Incoterms
  • Manage international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, ACE filings, and customs documentation
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain trade compliance standards
  • Support tariff management, duty optimization, and landed cost analysis initiatives

Fulfillment & Operational Leadership

  • Lead fulfillment and logistics personnel while supporting departmental growth and development
  • Coordinate warehouse, inventory, and distribution activities supporting global operations
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives and material flow improvements
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to meet customer and production requirements
  • Develop contingency plans for transportation disruptions, port congestion, geopolitical events, and supply chain risks

Continuous Improvement & Cost Management

  • Monitor freight spend and logistics KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead carrier performance reviews focused on OTIF, transit time, quality, responsiveness, and cost
  • Negotiate freight contracts, carrier agreements, and logistics service provider pricing
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service
  • Utilize ERP systems and logistics analytics tools to improve visibility and reporting
Requirements:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, transportation management, or global supply chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs compliance, HTS classifications, import/export requirements, and Incoterms
  • Experience managing air, ocean, ground, and intermodal transportation networks
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international carriers
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing logistics KPIs, transportation costs, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Experience managing fulfillment, logistics, or transportation teams
  • Aerospace, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered products experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
