Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated National Accounts Sales Manager for the US and Canada region to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base across Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and key verticals including datacenters, transportation, critical infrastructure, manufacturing and security. As a National Accounts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and representing the Comnet brand with integrity and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users
  • Present and promote ComNet solutions to customers through product demos, presentations, and trade shows
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ComNet's product portfolio and understand customer-specific needs
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tailored solutions and post-sale support
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts and reporting
  • Represent ComNet at industry events and build long-term customer partnerships

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with National Accounts and / or OEMs in datacenters, security, industrial or network infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of industrial ethernet technologies (Ethernet, fiber optics, PoE, wireless)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and growing market share
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel regionally (50%+) to meet with clients, channel partners, attend events, and conduct site visits
  • Familiarity with industry-standard CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Background in industrial automation technologies a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred
