Glass Doctor of Atlanta is looking for an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team and eagerly assist in

growing our business in the Commercial Property Management Division. Our primary goal is to increase customer satisfaction and revenue by maintaining strong relationships with current clients & generating new opportunities

with prospective clients.

In this position, you play a crucial role in client retention and should strive to satisfy your customers’ inquiries and needs in a

timely manner while delivering a positive experience. The ability to multitask, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills & provide great customer service are key to sustainable success in this position. 

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with successful Account Managers in other

divisions. The Entry Level Account Manager position is designed for self-determined, driven candidates that seek a definite career in account management and sales. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced environments, is comfortable working independently and adaptable collaboration with a team. 


Account Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing an account portfolio to achieve long-term positive relationships and success
  • Be the main point of contact for your client for all job requests, price negotiations, and sales 
  • Manage a job/project from start to finish to ensure the job has been estimated, sold, scheduled, completed, properly invoiced and satisfies the customers’ expectations
  • Uphold excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, organization and negotiation skills
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers and generate new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members, other divisions, and other departments within the organization 
  • Train directly with our Director of Accounts Management to develop full knowledge of our services, campaigns, sales

strategies, and team goals

The pay range for this position is $17-$25 + bonus, depending on your level of experience.
