Job description

  • Manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and communicating campaign performance, insights and recommendations.
  • Function as a liaison between your clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding/launch and throughout the entirety of campaigns.
  • Review and deliver reporting - having a keen eye for details.
  • Anticipate and address client needs and concerns (ideally before they arise).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex campaigns effectively.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, utilizing them as a resource for your clients' success.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Client Service team and the company as a whole.

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years experience in the Advertising/Marketing industry.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps.
  • A proactive and eager attitude.
  • Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills - always two steps ahead.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
