    • Support customer onboarding, product education, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management
    • Train clinical teams on system setup, instrumentation, workflow integration, and safe product use
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within healthcare systems
    • Track territory activity, pipeline progression, customer engagement, and account performance through CRM systems
    • Gather customer feedback and procedural insights to support commercial strategy and product improvement
    • Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Professional Education, and Sales teams to support market expansion
    • Attend conferences, robotics labs, physician training programs, tradeshows, and key opinion leader engagements
    • Maintain knowledge of company products, competitive technologies, healthcare regulations, and industry trends
    • Meet quarterly goals related to case volume, utilization, and territory growth
    • Demonstrate the clinical and commercial value of the LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System

What You'll Need

      • Medical device clinical support experience
      • Hospital clinical experience (OR Nurse, Cath Lab Technician, ER Nurse, RT, Charge Nurse, etc.)
    • Experience supporting cases in the OR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology preferred
    • Experience with disposable medical technologies, robotics, minimally invasive procedures, or vascular/interventional specialties preferred
    • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, anatomy, and procedural environments
    • Ability to build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to succeed in fast-paced surgical environments
