BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB
As the Staff Accountant, you are responsible for effectively performing month-end balance sheet reconciliations and monthly bank reconciliations. This position assists in year-end audit requests and compiling of financial packages.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in year-end audit requests.
  • Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in compiling of financial packages.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Run monthly depreciation.
  • Maintain job cost for all construction.
  • Track and record tenant allowances.
  • Prepare and maintain cost to budget schedules.
  • Track operating expenses by month.
  • Assist in preparation of personal and manufacturing returns.
