We are a growing small business seeking an experienced Office Assistant. This is an on-site position with scheduled office hours and reports directly to our Full-Time Accountant.
This role supports daily bookkeeping functions while also assisting with light office and HR responsibilities.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
*Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
*Reconcile credit card accounts
*Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
*Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
*Assist with scheduling and general office support
*Support basic HR functions, including onboarding paperwork, and maintaining employee records
Qualifications:
*Basic computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and QuickBooks
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Good organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
*Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
