Job description

Do you have experience managing the collection of payments, generating invoices, tracking incoming payments and preparing reports?ย 
This posting is intended for Accounts Receivable candidates who are passionate about their work, eager to learn, and interested in joining a dynamic and collaborative environment when suitable openings arise. Responsibilities:

  • Generate and enter accurate customer invoices
  • Enter and post service and product invoices
  • Follow up with sales department on customer issues and enquiriesย 
  • Receive, sort, and verify invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Liaise with clients regarding outstanding invoices and responding to all inquiries
  • Assist with monthly reporting, prepare reports
  • Track and monitor payments
  • Data entry and filing
  • Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:

  • Graduate with a Finance or Accounting Diploma / Certificate
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills are required
  • Previous experience working in the oil and gas industry would be considered a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills are needed to reach out to vendors and collect on outstanding accounts
