Description

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Admin Assistant Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with administrative accounting functions.

Responsibilities

  • Process and post daily financial transactions accurately and timely
  • Reconcile statements, accounts, and schedules
  • Maintain and organize accounting files and records
  • Assist with account reconciliations and reporting activities
  • Verify transaction information and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Support internal accounting controls and company procedures
  • Support month-end accounting processes and administrative tasks
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, financial institutions, and internal departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
  • Contribute to team success through collaboration and professionalism
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous accounting and bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Education and/or Experience

Automobile accounting experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required. General accounting functions, Administrative Writing Skills, Organization, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness and Verbal Communication skills.
