AP Accountant – Temporary Location: Summit, NJ Pay: $30 to $33/hr Duration: Minimum 6 weeks, with potential to extend and possible temp-to-perm opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AP Accountant to support the accounting team with invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management. Responsibilities Process approximately 40–50 invoices per week Perform three-way matching and invoice processing Ensure bills are processed and paid accurately and on time Communicate with vendors and resolve payment inquiries Perform account and payment reconciliations Assist with general AP and accounting activities as needed Top Priorities Strong Accounts Payable experience Experience with Ramp and/or Concur strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Adaptable and eager to learn Reconciliation experience NetSuite experience is a plus; other ERP experience is transferable Insurance/industry experience helpful but not required Opportunity: Minimum 6 weeks with potential for extension based on performance and a possible permanent opportunity.
