Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support the accounting department with daily bookkeeping, donation processing, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative accounting functions. Responsibilities- Enter daily cash receipts and revenue transactions into the accounting system.
- Process check deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
- Set up and maintain project records within internal systems.
- Assist with donor and customer account maintenance.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and reconcile fundraising and revenue activity.
- Assist with credit card transaction coding and documentation.
- Process remote bank deposits and record transactions.
- Generate and distribute recurring financial and operational reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with month-end and ongoing accounting activities.
- Enter and maintain applications and supporting documentation.
- Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or accounting administrative experience.
- Experience working within an ERP or accounting software system.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $50,000.00 per hour
