Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations
  • Prepare and run all appropriate reports
  • Initiate and implement effective auditing systems to control all financial operations and processes
  • Maintain internal audit systems for effective functioning of the finance department
  • Assess and evaluate internal controls of accounting functions
  • Prepare audit reports on a periodic basis for management
  • Ensure completion of all audit programs on time
  • Review and reconcile all customer, vendor, and ledger balances
  • Document all audit reports and findings
  • Implement best practices and procedures in all audit systems and accounting functions
  • Investigate variances
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
