We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Tomahawk office location. This individual will report to and work closely with our Accounting Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position resides in our Finance Department and will support day-to-day administrative functions related to finance, time and expenses, accounts receivable, and invoicing back-up functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • All aspects of Accounts receivable
  • Accounts Receivable Aging
  • Rate accuracy on projects and invoices
  • Maintaining contract changes and change orders
  • Managing project creation and close out in timekeeping software
  • Problem solving
  • Client and company data confidentiality
  • Process and systems improvement recommendations
  • Tracking time and expense reports
  • Monthly close-outs
  • Preparing customer correspondence
  • Supporting department and company administration needs
  • Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION
