Role is full time onsite central OC. M-F 8-5


Key Responsibilities

  • The position is instrumental during month-end and quarter-end close activities, leases, fixed assets, and Oracle Projects.
  • Strong managerial experience required
  • Direct daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and close activities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional growth
  • Foster a team culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct detailed variance analyses and ensure the accuracy of consolidated financials through collaboration with other teams
  • Review and approve monthly reconciliations and financial reporting packages
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports
  • Support external audit processes by preparing schedules and providing necessary disclosures
  • Establish and enforce accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP and internal controls
  • Research and document complex accounting matters, providing guidance based on current standards and company policy
  • Lead special initiatives related to lease accounting, fixed assets, system improvements in Oracle Projects, and process enhancements
