Job description

Who will you be working with?

Our accounting manager is responsible for helping to oversee day to day financial operations, analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate account balances, and supporting internal and external teams. This role will have a variety of duties and opportunities along with special projects that support the department and the business.

*This role can be permitted to work with a Hybrid Schedule. Expectations are to work remotely 2 days per week. Onsite days are expected 3 days per week.

How will you make a difference?
  • Coordinate and oversee Accounts Receivable with internal and external teams and customers.
  • Month end close activities, including journal entry preparation, approval of both internal and external team’s entries.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and approvals in Blackline.
  • Quarterly analysis and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Participate in annual physical inventory.
  • Supervise staff accountant.
  • Special projects.
What do we want to know about you?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Preferred 5‑7 years manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.
  • Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
