Position: Tax & Accounting Assistant (Entry-Level)

Location: Maryville, TN

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office


What You'll Do

  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Support payroll processing and reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
  • Gather and organize client tax documents
  • Assist in preparing individual and small business tax returns
