Accounting Intern - 2026 Summer Internship
Accounting Intern (10 Week 2026 Summer Internship)
  • Department: Finance & Accounting
  • Reports To: Accounting Management
  • Location: Norcross, GA (3 DAYS ONSITE)
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
  • Able to Start June 2026

Position Summary
The Accounting Intern supports the Finance & Accounting team by assisting with core accounting activities, financial reporting, and operational processes. This role is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in a corporate accounting environment while developing technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Support monitoring of general ledger accounts and research variances or discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and documentation
  • Assist with invoice review and tax applicability assessments
  • Support tax compliance activities including data gathering and documentation
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with daily cash postings
  • Support internal and external audit requests
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
  • Participate in process improvements and ad hoc projects
  • Deliver clear and concise updates, including presentations, to team members and leadership
