Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master's in accountancy or business administration with accounting concentration OR Bachelor's in business with accounting emphasis or business administration with accounting emphasis or economics with an accounting emphasis AND Master's in business, business administration, business education, economics, taxation, finance or the equivalent OR Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area

OR the equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee. (NOTE : A bachelor's degree in accountancy or business administration with accounting concentration, with a CPA license is an alternative qualification for this discipline.) Commitment to diversity

Working Conditions: Salary Range: $1572.67 - $1725.85 per lecture unit rate, $1572.67 - $1725.85 per lab parity unit rate, $1258.16 - $1380.60 per lab unit rate Open Date: 06/01/2026 Close Date: 05/31/2027 Special Instructions Summary: SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SUMMARY This recruitment will remain active for a period of one year, from the position opening date. This is a continuous recruitment to fill part-time, and temporary faculty assignments on an as-needed basis. When the need to fill arises, the department will refer to this pool of part-time faculty.
