Analysts have no direct supervisory responsibilities.Responsibilities:Monitoring and reconciling of balance sheet reconciliationsComplete monthly accounting work per US GAAP guidelines and perform relevant analysis Complete annual review/revision of Key Financial Controls (SOX requirements) and process flows and work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls Work with relevant business partners to provide insight and analysis into financial results Prepare and analyze financial statements and/or supporting schedules Perform monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting Work independently with little supervisor intervention Engage proactively in the design and implementation of process change.

Assist on special projects, both within Corporate Accounting and on cross-functional teamsReview Corporate Segment purchase obligationsRequired Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Internal Controls and audit complianceFinancial Analysis and operationsKnowledge of Governance, Risk and ComplianceDesigning Queries and Reports using Financial SystemsEducation Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience:3+ years of accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and large ERP systems a plus Physical Requirements:Ability to safely and successful perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standardsStandard office safety regulationsExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
