  • Accounting and bookkeeping support, including reconciliations and financial-record maintenance
  • Client onboarding, service, scheduling, and operational coordination
  • Financial-advisory practice operations and client-service workflows
  • Compliance documentation, recordkeeping, and internal procedures
  • Practice-management systems, workflow tools, and process improvement
  • Communication with clients, custodians, vendors, and internal team members
  • Research, administrative support, and special projects as business needs evolve

This role is intentionally designed to provide a broad view of the business before specialization. As you build competence and demonstrate interest and aptitude, you will have the opportunity to deepen your focus in accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, tax planning support, client advisory services, or another area aligned with the needs of the practice and your professional goals.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, especially during tax season
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and the ability to learn tax, accounting, CRM, and workflow software
