OFFICE/BRANCH ADMIN


Location: Americus, GA

Department: Service / Administration 

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Administrative Coordinator to support daily dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating service work, and handling administrative and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and incoming calls 

-Open, manage, and close work orders accurately and efficiently 

-Provide service quotes and assist with customer inquiries 

-Coordinate workflow to ensure technicians have consistent work 

-Maintain service records, files, and documentation 

-Process cash receipts, prepare deposits, and support basic accounting functions 

-Maintain accounts payable and receivable records 

-Assist with purchase orders and submit documentation to accounting

-Provide administrative support across service, sales, and parts departments 

-Manage office communications, mail, and filing systems 

-Order and maintain office and service supplies 

-Assist with reporting, warranty claims, and follow-ups 

-Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications 

-High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 

-Experience in administrative, service, or dealership environments preferred 

-Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR, cash handling) 

-Strong customer service and communication skills 

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
