Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to find a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with billing, accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing high-volume transactions. Responsibilities
  • Process daily billing activities for multiple locations.
  • Review and bill previous day's tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify material pricing, freight charges, and transaction details.
  • Code transactions to the appropriate division and location.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, adjustments, and corrections.
  • Partner closely with internal operations teams to ensure ticket accuracy.
  • Manage high-volume billing across multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely invoice processing.
