Job description

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Simpsonville, South Carolina on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial and administrative tasks in an onsite environment. Responsibilities:

• Maintain revenue-related records and support routine accounting activities to help ensure accurate financial tracking.

• Review, prepare, and process invoices while confirming completeness and following established procedures.

• Coordinate tasks related to licenses, including documentation, status monitoring, and record updates.

• Respond to customer questions professionally and provide timely support

• Assist with organizing financial documents and maintaining accurate files for accounting and compliance purposes.

• Help track outstanding items, follow up on required information, and contribute to smooth administrative workflows

• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting support / administrative support

• Experience processing invoices with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

• Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Proficiency with standard office and accounting systems, including data entry and record maintenance.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
