  • In deiner Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement - Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung tauchst du in die Welt des Accountings mit Bilanzen sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen ein.
  • Du lernst Kontenpflege wie Kontierungen, Buchung und Auszifferungen von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen, ebenso wie du Klärungen von Reklamationen mit unseren Kunden und Dienstleitungen meisterst und lernst das Mahn- und Inkassowesen kennen.
  • Dabei hast du immer mehr als nur ein Auge auf eine saubere Form und das Einhalten aller gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben haben, mit denen du dich ausführlich beschäftigen wirst.
  • Du machst Ausflüge in unsere Shops und Logistiklager. Kurzum: Du erkundest die facettenreiche Tchibo Landschaft.
  • Profitiere in Seminaren, Workshops und Projekten vom Austausch mit anderen Auszubildenden und erlebe hautnah, was Teamwork für uns bedeutet.

  • Du hast deinen mittleren Schulabschluss oder dein (Fach-) Abitur abgeschlossen.

  • Ein gewissenhaftes, genaues und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du bist offen, selbstbewusst und kontaktfreudig und Teamgeist gehört für dich einfach dazu.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Unternehmensumfeld gesammelt, z.B. durch ein Schülerpraktikum.
  • Du hast ab 1. August 2027 Zeit, mit deiner Ausbildung zu starten.
