About the Team

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven sales professional to help grow Fitch Learning's presence across the financial services market. This role is focused on sales by developing strategic client relationships, generating new business, and leading consultative sales conversations for our premium training and learning solutions.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across client organizations, identifying opportunities to sell and deliver tailored solutions that address business needs and create long-term value. For Chicago: The starting base annual salary for this role is between  $120,000 USD to $135,000 USD . Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
