Office Manager - Lost Pines Toyota
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within a fast-paced automotive dealership. This role is critical in ensuring efficient office processes, accurate financial documentation, and compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, including accounting, billing, and administrative functions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Reconcile bank statements, schedules, and general ledger accounts
  • Process vehicle deals, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
  • Supervise and support office staff, including scheduling and workflow coordination
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and prepare reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Coordinate with sales and finance departments to ensure smooth deal processing
  • Handle payroll processing and related administrative tasks
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
