Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Butler Automotive Group — Accounting Department

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 / hour

About Us
Butler Automotive Group is a growing dealership group dedicated to reliable service and financial integrity. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

What You’ll Do
As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

  • Maintain verified accounts-payable records and reconcile vendor statements.

  • Prepare and issue vendor payments, including checks and disbursements.

  • Post open items in accounts payable on a daily basis.

  • Print and maintain accounts payable reports and files.

  • Reconcile ledgers to ensure payments align with dealership schedules.

  • Maintain petty cash system and track cash-flow needs for payable dates.

  • Audit freight bills and handle vendor/freight inquiries.

  • Assist with monthly closing operations.

  • Provide analysis of accounts as needed.

  • Support accounts receivable and special accounting projects when assigned.

  • Keep a clean, professional workspace and maintain a neat appearance.
