JOB SUMMARY: CFSB is an OCC-regulated federal savings bank at the forefront of fintech and payments. We are looking for an Account Manager who is eager to build their career in the exciting intersection between finance and technology and contribute to the bank’s growth.

The Account Operations Manager provides a wide range of support to the Operations Team and the bank’s customers. This position is responsible for monitoring and processing all customers’ requests related to account opening, business online banking, Positive Pay and Check 21. This position is also responsible for monitoring and addressing all non-post, stop pays, and ACH returns daily in addition to processing debit and credit transactions to customers’ accounts and balancing these accounts daily.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
  • Resolve unposted items, process RDC fed file, and positive pay transactions.
  • Assist various teams with customers’ requests for online banking enrollment.
  • Process all audit requests received from customers through the Audit Confirmation system.
  • Send invoices to clients and follow up on unpaid invoices.
  • Provide new clients with account information and ensure they receive the necessary help for account setup, API, SFTP and Online banking enrollment.

Qualifications & Core Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures and updated regulatory requirements.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities.
  • excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365.
  • Strong experience in Bank Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Banking Regulations.
