Job description


Fabletics is looking for a Wholesale Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our growing US Wholesale business across sales readiness, customer onboarding, account support, and wholesale operations.
As the Wholesale business continues to scale, this role will help ensure our Sales team and customers are set up for success while keeping operational workflows, materials, and information moving accurately and efficiently. The role will work across customer and sales readiness, account execution, reporting, systems, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems and priorities in a fast-growing business.
Reports to: Director, US Wholesale Operations
What You Will Do
Sales & Customer Readiness
  • Support Wholesale sales readiness across major and specialty accounts, helping ensure teams have the materials, information, and operational support needed for upcoming selling and customer needs
  • Build and maintain Wholesale linesheets and other sales materials using approved product, pricing, and assortment information
  • Support sample readiness and coordination for customer meetings, programs, and other Wholesale needs
  • Maintain organization and readiness of the Wholesale showroom and support preparation for customer and Sales meetings
  • Coordinate across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and other partners to support seasonal, customer, and program readiness

Customer Onboarding & Account Support
  • Execute operational onboarding activities for new Wholesale customers and track requirements through completion
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information, documentation, and supporting resources
  • Support ongoing account needs, operational requests, returns, and customer communications
  • Coordinate follow-up across internal and external partners to keep customer deliverables moving
  • Support key account operational workflows, including Costco and other strategic Wholesale accounts

Wholesale Operations & Reporting
  • Support day-to-day sales order operations and monitor activity across Wholesale accounts
  • Identify order, inventory, fulfillment, or customer risks and coordinate follow-up with appropriate partners
  • Maintain operational trackers, reporting, and data to provide accurate visibility into business activity
  • Support recurring operational communications and follow-up across Sales, customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Escalate issues and risks requiring additional support or decision-making

Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational resources
  • Support testing, implementation, and adoption of system and process enhancements
  • Identify recurring issues, manual work, and opportunities to simplify or improve workflows
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and repeatable processes
  • Support evolving operational priorities and new ways of working as the Wholesale business continues to scale

What You Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, sales operations, account support, merchandising operations, or a related environment
  • Experience within apparel, footwear, accessories, consumer retail, or another wholesale business preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working across data, systems, and operational tools
  • Experience with ERP, B2B sales, EDI, order management, or wholesale platforms such as NuOrder is a plus
  • Comfortable adopting AI and automation tools to improve productivity and workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify issues, and escalate appropriately
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an evolving business

The annual base salary range for this position is from $71,000-$85,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
