WHAT DOESTHE ACCOUNT OPERATIONS SPECIALISTDO:

Reporting to the Account Operations Manager, this position is essential to driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement across the organization. You will serve as a critical link between Account, Production/Sourcing, and Client Service teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of key initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Optimizeoperational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and system performance
  • Manage data integrity,logisticscoordination, and digital content distribution
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support to resolve cross-departmental challenges
  • Execute priority activities that directly support client campaigns and digital deployments
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, agency partners, and internal leadership, providing thoughtful, concise, and consistent communication
  • Maintain and contribute to data trackers used for local digital activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize IMS reporting tools to generate insights on key metrics including inventory usage, shipment details, and spend trends
  • Provide customized reporting on local digital activity based on evolving client requests and requirements
  • Submit and communicate daily requests for digital content platform activities
  • Support and troubleshoot data integration issues related to EDI and API systems to ensure seamless information flow
  • Coordinate data collection and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of database information
  • Analyze reporting data toidentifyinconsistencies, resolve issues, and proactively spot potential operational challenges
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by management
  • Contribute to ongoing process optimization and operational enhancements
  • Deliver back-up support across teams as needed to ensure seamless operations

The salary range for this job is $50,000 to $55,000 - The salary range provided in this job posting is an estimate based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, location, and other relevant factors such as certain certifications that may be desired for this role.
