Job description

Territory-focused SMB B2B sales position responsible for helping small and mid-sized businesses upgrade connectivity, telecom, and technology solutions. Work from routed warm meetings and targeted outreach within an assigned SMB territory. Established scripts, pricing tools, and proposal templates are available to accelerate the discovery-to-proposal-to-close cycle.

  • Manage an assigned SMB territory, combining routed warm meetings with proactive self-sourced outreach.
  • Schedule and qualify meetings with owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct structured discovery, develop tailored proposals, address objections, and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain a predictable pipeline (~3× coverage) and log activities, notes, and next steps in the CRM on the same day.
  • Coordinate installations and activations and verify early-adoption KPIs to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Provide 2–3 field insights per week to inform improvements to scripts, segmentation, targeting, and product messaging.

Qualifications include a proven B2B sales record (preferably in telecom, SaaS, IT services, or similar), strong negotiation and closing skills, discipline with activity KPIs, CRM documentation, forecasting, and territory planning. Candidates should be adaptable, coachable, and consistent performers. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required for territory travel. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Spanish fluency is a plus.
