Is an account manager packaging an entry level position?

An account manager in packaging is typically not an entry-level position; it usually requires prior experience in sales, customer service, or the packaging industry, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Entry-level roles in this field may include assistant or coordinator positions that support account managers and learn industry basics.

What are some common challenges account managers in the packaging industry face when balancing client needs and production capabilities?

Account Managers in packaging often navigate challenges such as aligning client expectations with manufacturing limitations, managing tight deadlines, and ensuring precise communication between clients and production teams.
