Job description

This position provides a wide range of training (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, IATF, FSSC 22000, etc.), and course development opportunities to clients/customers based on needs and requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service through communication with clients relative to offered trainings
  • Participate in course development activities for new courses as well as updates of existing courses
  • Collaborate with team in identifying solutions for complex courses or materials
  • Maintain communication with Vice President/GM and/or Sales Team
  • Domestic travel may be required to the location of training

Independent Contractors for teaching courses may qualify by a combination of the following:

  • Five yearsโ€™ experience in the applicable management systems Management systems, regulatory or compliance or similar job position
  • Five yearsโ€™ experience in an Environmental management, regulatory or compliance management or similar job position
  • Five yearsโ€™ experience in Occupational Health and Safety, regulatory or compliance or similar job experience
  • Five yearsโ€™ experience in Food Safety, regulatory or compliance or similar job experience
  • Five yearsโ€™ experience in manufacturing management
  • Relevant and current audit experience with the standard(s) interested instructing โ€“ minimum of 15 audit days plus experience that meets a minimum of 2 management system audits (2 people on team) within the past 3 years
  • Current audit log providing experience of audit experience
  • Qualifications as specified in AS9104/3A for Aerospaceย 

Physical Considerations:

  • Must be able to work in a variety of client locations, environments, and conditions. This may include climbing stairs, walking long distances, walking on rough and uneven terrain, walking through client work facilities, working in heat/cold conditions, indoors and outdoors.
  • Must be able to accommodate working various shifts as client activities are scheduled.
  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs.
  • Extended periods of standing

Travel Considerations:

  • Domestic travel required, estimated up to 50%.
