The Opportunity
This is a true career path opportunity, not just another job. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing our client base while supporting and strengthening relationships with our many existing clients. You’ll be trained in every aspect of the role—from business development to account management—and have the chance to grow your earnings through performance-based bonuses. Success in this role is measured by activity and results, including outbound calls, quotes provided, and new client accounts opened.

What You’ll Do

  • Spend the majority of your day on the phone building relationships with contractors nationwide through outbound calling and follow-up.

  • Build relationships and earn new client partnerships through consultative conversations

  • Manage and service existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

  • Quote accurate bill rates for staffing services

  • Post job descriptions and coordinate job orders with contractors

  • Monitor client needs and document performance evaluations

  • Strong communication skills (confident on the phone, professional in writing)

  • Business acumen and willingness to learn our industry

  • Prior telemarketing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
