Pay Range: $75,000 - $120,000/year + Commission and Full Benefits

BBSI is partnering with a well-established mechanical service company to hire a Commercial Service Account Manager focused on commercial Mechanical systems and design services.

This role combines account management, technical understanding, and business development. The ideal candidate will manage existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for service agreements, repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and grow new and existing customer accounts

· Sell and manage service agreements, quoted repairs, and replacement projects

· Conduct customer visits, job walks, and building assessments

· Prepare estimates and proposals in collaboration with operations and field teams

· Generate opportunities for retrofit, modernization, and improvement projects

· Oversee service contracts to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction

· Maintain activity and client relationships in the company CRM
