JOB FUNCTION: The Aerospace Account Manager serves as a dedicated partner and primary point of contact for customers within the aerospace industry. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring seamless coordination of products and services. The Aerospace Account Manager works collaboratively with internal teams to provide responsive support, proactive communication, and long-term account success while contributing to company growth objectives.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the aerospace sector, including OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely, professional, and solutions-focused responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Proactively understand customer goals, operational needs, and challenges to provide tailored support and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service levels and support growth within existing accounts through collaboration and value-added solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the aerospace sector.
  • Understand aerospace industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring all activities align with legal and safety standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of products and services to customers, coordinating with internal teams such as engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
