Account Executive
The goal of the Account Executive (AE) role is to build relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones, serving as the point of contact. This role is accountable for prospecting new business and helping to expand existing business. As expert communicators, the AE is proficient at planning and coordinating account activity, generating sales opportunities, and reporting the status of accounts on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Study the industry to leverage knowledge and best practices around selling and process
  • Prospect daily for new business through cold calling in the field, networking, and researching the market
  • Update sales and budget metrics within Salesforce
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager(s) in expanding and upselling existing business
  • Partner with National Account team members to serve customers and to set up for optimal success
  • Deliver Key Performance Indicator (KPI) outcomes that align with the sales budget

Education / Knowledge / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Travel (25 - 30%)
