The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


 

Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Atlanta, GA

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Status: Part-time

Reports to: General Manager

Pay Range: $23

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to hotel executives and leadership.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, correspondence, and daily schedules.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files and confidential records.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up items.
  • Communicate professionally with associates, guests, vendors, and business partners.
  • Respond to emails and correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with tracking projects, deadlines, and action items for leadership.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic spreadsheets, data entry, formatting, and organization.
