The ROLE

The Part-Time Account Executive (Flexie) is an hourly role designed for a high-potential professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first work environment. You will play a vital supporting role within the Client Experience team, working closely with the Account Director and Sr Account Director to help manage and nurture Client and Rosie relationships - keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and all parties feeling supported. This position is estimated to begin at 15-20 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client and Rosie Management:

  • Partner with the Client Experience team to manage client needs and requests.
  • Participate in client status calls, take detailed notes, contribute meaningfully to discussions, and circulate post call follow-ups.
  • Support Rosie engagement through regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with your pod on to increase Rosie satisfaction.

Administrative Operations & Systems:

  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Business Operations, and People Operations to lead essential functions, including onboarding/off-boarding, billing, and SOW creation.
  • Manage the invoicing process for key client partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client agreements.
  • Schedule and coordinate Rosie interviews across the client and internal calendars.
  • Maintain and update all internal systems and trackers (Salesforce and SmartRecruiters) to ensure revenue accuracy and effective forecasting.
  • Manage complex weekly reporting spreadsheets, including utilization tracking and PO budget management.
  • Ensure strict alignment and adherence to WRR workflows and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of Agency or Brand In-House Agency experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables are a must), Google Workplace suite, and Video Conference platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking directly with clients and internal leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with a "get it done" attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage an hourly, part-time schedule 15-20 hours per week spread across 4-5 Business Days.
  • A desire to transition into a full-time role in the future.

COMPENSATION

$35/HR W-2 Hourly Position estimated at 15-20 hours per week
