JOB TITLE: Account Executive

MAJOR PURPOSE:
The Account Executive is a client-facing role responsible for managing partner relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies across NetCo. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and is responsible for aligning business objectives with marketing initiatives, coordinating internal teams, and driving overall partner success.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own client relationships across a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for strategy, performance, and communication.
  • Lead regular client check-ins, strategy reviews, and performance conversations, keeping clients informed, confident, and aligned on goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, KPIs, competitive landscape, and overall account analytics to inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Proactively surface opportunities, flag performance issues early, and bring forward-thinking recommendations to every client interaction.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta ads, Bing ads and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, and overall account performance daily, ensuring efficiency and flagging variances before they become problems.
  • Work alongside the SEO team for localized and organic keyword research, tracking, and content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to translate client KPIs into visual performance metrics.
  • Translate paid media, SEO, and overall account performance data into clear, actionable insights and client-ready reporting.
  • Create and deliver presentation decks for the purpose of communicating upcoming strategic initiatives or recapping recent digital efforts.
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, and offers, documenting learnings and applying them to future strategy.
  • Stay current on platform updates, paid media trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
  • Support ad hoc client analysis as needed, including root cause analysis, deep-dive insights, SEO opportunities, and optimization recommendations.

Requirements
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
  • A college degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred or equivalent related experience.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or a client-facing role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience building and managing campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently, determine priorities, and follow through on deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office and presentation tools.
  • MAC proficiency at a minimum of an intermediate level.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 3-4 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This is a remote position. Requires prolonged periods of working at a computer, including sitting, typing, and participating in virtual meetings. Must be able to maintain a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to perform job responsibilities effectively.
