Job Summary:
The Account Director will be responsible for cultivating multi-tiered client relationships and identifying organic growth opportunities to ensure both brand impact and account profitability. This role requires a "strategy-first" mindset and over 10 years of experience to bridge the gap between complex business objectives and extraordinary creative execution.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Strategic and Marketing Leadership (Own the Work)
    • Dynamic and influential leader, responsible for the general oversight and health of the client and account.
    • Develops the client/agency scope of work.
    • Works with clients, cross-functional teams and partners to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement solutions to help achieve client goals.
    • Develops broad industry expertise.
    • Creates and interprets effective analysis to support and further optimize marketing recommendations.
    • Responsible for P&L management and maintaining or improving account profitability.
  • Effectively Manage a Team (Find a Way)
    • Manages and serves as a mentor to a team of three to five marketing professionals.
    • Fosters teamwork through a positive, constructive and collaborative work environment that drives our internal and external teams to Be More.
    • Provides team leadership that rewards creativity and positive career development opportunities.
  • Build and Grow Client Relationships (Create with Purpose)

Education / Experience:

  • Experience with B to B work preferred
  • Social media strategy management and digital work experience preferred

Physical Requirements:
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • Light work that could include carrying 5 pounds
